Jordans Dorset Ryvita inspires well-being by making great-tasting, honest, and real food. The Bardney site represented a significant capital investment and a showcase facility. However, the desired output remained elusive.

Radical honesty is in our DNA, it’s why our clients trust us. Our first task was to understand the real capabilities and potential. What we discovered changed everything: process design flaws meant that the factory was less “capable” than the capital plan suggested.
